Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products and want you and your pup to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll provide a full refund, including shipping costs. Simply email us at hello@earthandtail.com with details about the product(s) you’re unsatisfied with. We’ll process the refund back to your original payment method, and you can expect the credit within 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Returns, exchanges, & replacements

We’re here to make things right and ensure you and your pup are happy with your experience. When you reach out, let us know your preferred solution—whether that’s a return, exchange, or replacement—and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. Please hold onto any unused product until we’ve worked out a plan to resolve the issue.
